Requirements are nature of business and two proposed business names of your choice, CAC will pick one. After which we can now proceed to registration.

This is the term for the process of incorporation of a business in Nigeria. It is also sometimes referred to as Company Registration.
The legal responsibilities of a business for Company formation, registration, or restructuring will depend on the type of business entity chosen.
1. Reservation of Limited Liability Company:
Requirements are the nature of the Limited Liability Company and two proposed Limited Liability Company names of your choice, CAC will pick one. After which we can now proceed to registration.
2. Registration of Limited Liability Company:
Requirements are;
- Full descriptions of the aims and objectives of the company.
- Registered Principal Address of the company.
- The Share Capital and Shareholding formula among shareholders will be required.
- The particulars of a minimum of one director will be required: A copy of their means of identification such as voter’s card, national ID, etc, passport, and signature on plain paper.
- The Memorandum and Article of Association of the company to be registered, which is advisable to be drafted by a Legal Practitioner.
- Particulars of the Company Secretary (It is optional for a private company in line with CAMA 2020).
- The applicant will be required to furnish details of the shareholders of the company. Details such as:
- Names
- Occupation
- Residential address
- Email Address
- Mobile Phone Number
- Means of Identification
The director can also be the shareholder of the company.
3. Duration:
- 15 – 20 Working Days
4. Financial Charges:
For Reservation, Registration, and Certificate:
- ₦45,000 (for 1 million shares) and
- ₦60,000 (for 1 million shares and above)
A Non-Governmental Organization must be registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) as a company limited by guarantee or as an incorporated trustee.
Such Organisations as NGOs, churches, mosques, and clubs, among others.
1. Reservation of Incorporated Trustees:
Requirements are the nature of Incorporated Trustees and two proposed Incorporated Trustees names of your choice, CAC will pick one. After which we can now proceed to registration.
2. Registration of Incorporated Trustees:
Requirements are;
- Full descriptions of the aims and objectives of the organization, or church.
- Publication of Notices in two National Dailies.
- 2 copies of Applicant’s Constitution.
- Minutes of the meeting where the Trustees were appointed.
- Minutes of meeting containing the special clause rules.
- 2 copies of the application form.
- Common Seal of the Association.
h) 2 passports of each of the trustees. - Full names of the Trustees, Secretary, and Chairman (Surname, First Name, Last Name).
- Residential Address of the Trustees
- Registered Address of the Association.
- Date of Birth.
- Emails and Phone numbers of the Trustees
- Means of Identity of the Trustees (Voters Card, International Passport, Driver’s License, etc.

- 30 – 40 Working Days
